Marc D.
Lyons is a native of Uniondale ,
New York . Marc has been involved
in the performing arts since the age of six. Over the course his career he has
performed in 63 productions, Written 14 original scripts and has worked on the
Emmy Winning Television series Classroom Close-Up. Marc has worked also
as a Private Screenwriter to many major multimedia corporations.
At the Age of 19 he founded Ordained
Eminence International, Inc., and became one of the youngest self - Registered CEO's in
the nation. The name “ordained eminence international” means “greatness
bestowed to the world”. Within its first year he wrote, produced, &
directed his first stage play entitled "Taking it to the Streets"
scheduled to be performed at the National Black Theatre of Harlem in the spring
of 2008. That summer he Founded the “Generation
Elevation Conference®”, an annual weekend geared toward uplifting youth
empowerment.
In the spring of 2010 he produced and hosted the syndicated radio show "In The Light" onNew York 's
AM1240 Radio wgbb. Also in 2010 he released his first documentary feature to
sold out audiences. The film was titled "The Shaad Rumblez Story",
A film about a young man's determination to change his life circumstances. The
film was well received by many critics. In December 2011, Marc released a first
draft cut of his film "Class Dismissed: Poverty in America ",
the film has since received critical success, and received the Audience
Award at the 2011 YFA Film Festival. Leading
in to his most successful film to date “murder in the Mirror”. a
film that has left its mark in classrooms and college campuses across this
nation.
In the spring of 2010 he produced and hosted the syndicated radio show "In The Light" on
In the spring of 2012 Ordained Eminence
International, and it’s subsidiaries were sold in private dealings for an
undisclosed amount, from this new deal Marc founded Lyons Omnimedia Inc. Lyons Omnimedia Inc, is a Multi-Media
Industrial corporation specializing in Film production & Music
management. In addition to Acting and
Filmmaking, He is also a prominent, sought out public speaker, most recently
working as the keynote speaker of the million youth march on capitol hill, in Washington D.C.
In May
2013 he Graduated from Nassau
College with a degree in
Multi-Media Studies. That same year he was selected from of a campus wide
audition process as the official “face of Nassau College ”
with this achievement came a multi commercial and print model deal with
tri-state area distribution. All While also serving as lead anchor for the
campus news program.
He is currently studying Film & Television at The
New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts.
